Tum continuously strives for excellence. He has been in the brick and block industry for more than 15 years. He is a qualified and licensed building practitioner. He has obtained his National Certificate in Masonry at a young age of 19. He has since been running big jobs and teams as a foreman. He mentors and looks after our team. He is dedicated and passionate about his work and can assure top quality and speed with every project. His biggest priority is client satisfaction. He thrives on the principles of honesty, integrity, hard work and honoring contracts and agreements.

Emily Puhi

Account Manager

Emily handles every aspect of our office work with confidence. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years as a programmer and data analyst. She has now moved to the building industry and is currently studying to obtain a National Diploma in Construction with strands in Quantity Surveying. With her skills, work experience and knowledge, she measures and prices our projects, processes our accounts, and performs other business operations.

Marshall Claydon

Operations Manager

Marshall is our trusted guy in operations. He liaises with our clients and suppliers and ensures that our work runs smoothly. He was a site manager in the UK for over 12 years tackling small to large construction projects. He also directed his own company and managed 16 employees. He has an extensive experience in brick and block laying. He is professional, humble and trustworthy.

Pen Shaw

HR Manager

Pen is our gem. She looks after our employees and assists in office administration. She has a degree in Human Resource Management and has over eight years of experience in recruiting, training and supervising staff. As our HR Manager, she drafts and implements our HR policies and looks after our employees’ health and safety. She processes our payroll and serves as our staff’s advocate to the management team.

Nikora Puhi-Royal

Team Leader

Ni is up for the challenge. He is a qualified brick and block layer with proven years of experience in the brick and block laying industry. He has been a part of running one of the biggest projects in Auckland, the Westfield Mall in Newmarket. Ni is reliable, punctual, consistent, young and strong. He takes pride in his high standard of work. He loves teaching and training, has excellent leadership skills and a people’s person. Together, these brothers, Tum and Ni are driving and running our company in solidarity, strength and unity.

Kane Ueunuku

Team Leader

Kane is one of our top tradesmen. He ensures that our team members perform to the best of their ability while working on site. He has over seven years of experience in the brick and block laying industry, from residential to large commercial projects. Kane is calm and collected and has a grounded personality. His pace is smooth and his work shows precision and quality.

Robert Royal

Our Legacy

The man behind the name, Robert Royal is Tum and Ni’s father, mentor, rock and foundation in the brick and block laying industry. He is a man of commitment, hard work and professionalism. He passed away January 2019 but he continues to be our inspiration. We will carry his name proudly as we grow and prosper through hard work and dedication. His legacy will never be forgotten.
